It was in 2006 that I began my career as a Loan Officer, and I haven't looked back since. I first started working for a large corporate lender, enjoying success as I climbed the ladder to management. However, in 2011, the company was sold, and the lending environment changed. I decided it was time to move on and start my own firm. On November 22nd, 2011, I formed Broker House Lending with the Kentucky Secretary of State. My Mortgage Broker license was approved by the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions on December 14th, 2011, and I successfully closed my first loan as a self-employed Mortgage Broker on January 30th, 2012.

Broker House Lending started in my basement, and I was quite content to leave it that way. However, as time passed, we began to grow organically. We now have 11 full-time employees, and we proudly boast about our expert in-house processing staff that comes at NO COST to you. We have two locations, one in Louisville, KY, and one in Shelbyville, KY. We are currently licensed to originate in KY, IN, FL, and OH. We offer practically every product the mortgage industry has available, but our bread and butter are the standard Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
